Thank you for buying our courses/training. We ensure that our users have a payback experience while they find, evaluate, and buy our courses, regardless of whether it is instructor-led or self-guided training. 

Similarly, as with any online buy understanding, some terms and conditions oversee the Refund Policy. When you buy an instructive class on cyberarktraining.in, you consent to our Privacy Policy, refund strategy, and (T&Cs) Terms of Use.

Our refund policy is as follows:

For Self-paced Learning

Once you have purchased the course, no refund requests will be accepted, and we do not provide any refunds.

For Instructor-Led Training

• Refund requests will be accepted within 24 Hours of the course purchase without raising any questions. 

• After 24 Hours, a refund request will not be accepted. In case of any issue, we will assign a new trainer or shift you to a new batch based on your concern. But we do not provide any refund after 24 Hours of purchasing the course.

• If you want to postpone or cancel the course purchased, we will not provide any refund.

• In case of double or extra payment, We guarantee the refund of the additional amount within the next 7 – 10 working days.

• We, cyberarktraining.in, reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of this policy without notice. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the course for reasons like trainer sickness, insufficient enrollments, or unruly events. 

• We guarantee to refund your payment if we cannot form a batch within 1 to 2 weeks of your enrollment.

• If we cancel the course due to trainer unavailability, we guarantee to refund the fee within 7-10 working days. 

• After the sessions start, no refund will be given if you do not attend the course. 

• Any dispute or difference raised between the parties at any time shall be subjected to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Hyderabad(Telangana), India.
